I've been drinking the heck out of this Triple Echinacea Green Tea lately trying to ward off a cold that's been brewing up on me. This is a tasty tea and can be drank hot or warm - though if you have a sore throat I recommend hot with a little bit of honey.
According to the Yogi website, this tea is made with green tea leaf, lemongrass, spearmint leaf, echinacea root, Kombucha and elderberry extract. These ingredients help support your immune function and act as natural soothers during the cold season.
Recommended to steep with boiling water for 3 minutes.
