I got some delicious Raspberry Mint tea from a little tea shoppe in Downtown Little Rock and decided to turn that brew into a yummy summertime snack!
You can easily replicate the recipe with your favorite raspberry tea, mint tea and sliced peaches.
I ended up not using the milked peaches just because milk and water do funky things when mixed....yuck. So don't do that - just drop your peaches into your mold on their own for the best results!
They turned out pretty great! I'll be using a regular Popsicle mold next time, though.
What you need:
Pour your tea into the mold - don't fill it up all the way because you need to save some room for your peaches! Next, drop the peaches in and make sure you don't spill over - especially on push pops - you'll have a booger of a time getting those pops out later!
Finally, prop your feet up and enjoy! Mmmmhmm!
