Simply Baked Tilapia - Low Calorie

Baked Tilapia Low Calorie Recipe
What You Need:
  • 2 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Orange/Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup of Baby Spinach
  • 1 Dash of Salt
  • 1 Dash of Pepper
  • 1 tbs of Olive Oil
  • 2 Dashes of Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Squirts of Lemon Juice

The Process:
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice your peppers length wise on a chopping board.
  3. Use a glass bowl and coat the bottom of the bowl with the tablespoon of olive oil. 
  4. Place tilapia in bowl with spinach & peppers.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and Old Bay.
  6. Squirt lemon juice over entire dish.
  7. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until fish is flaky and delicious!
  8. Enjoy!
