Abbi's Apple Pear Pork Loin w/ Cranberries

What you need:
  • medium sized pork loin
  • two pears
  • two Granny Smith apples
  • 2 table spoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 table spoons of water
  • a dash of rosemary
  • a dash of garlic
  • cracked sea salt
  • black pepper
  • two tablespoons of local honey
Pour water and cider vinegar into your crock pot. Set to high. Cut one pear and one apple in long slivers and place at bottom of the crock pot. Place pork loin in crock pot - fatty side up! Season loin with salt, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Slice or dice other pear and apple, place on crock pot. I usually squeeze it all around and on top on the loin. Use one table spoon of honey to drizzle over top. Place lid and cook for 3-4 hours or until cooked. (Side note: I tossed some dried cranberries on top, too.)

Finally - plate, spice to taste and drizzle honey.
